Welcome to Kustomized Kollectibles! We take pride in creating unique, custom-engraved products for you, our valued customer. Please review our refund and returns policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

1. Custom Engraved Products Due to the personalized nature of custom engraving, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for custom-made items unless:

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization
information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names
carefully.

If you believe your item qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at Customer-relations@kustomizedkollectibles.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

2. Non-Custom Products For non-customized items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

3. Shipping Issues Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Kustomized Kollectibles is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages. However, we are happy to assist you in filing claims with the carrier if needed.

4. Order Cancellations Orders for custom-engraved products can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
